FreePBXHost.com Fair Use Policy

“Unlimited” Calling plans are subject to a fair usage limit of 3,000 minutes per month. If your calling plan includes more than one country, then 3000 minutes is the total number of minutes allowed per month for that entire Calling Plan, the limit is not on a per country basis. Once this limit is met, the normal published per-minute FreePBXHost.com calling rates will apply for any additional minutes used. Calliing Plans are for individual use only. Each plan is to be used by one person only and is not to be shared with any other user by any means.

Callback Calls: Minutes consumed during a Callback Call will consume twice as many minutes as you are talking on the phone. This is due to there being 2 legs of the call that you are responsible for (the call to your landline or mobile phone and the call connecting the other party).

Conference Calls: Minutes consumed during a Conference Call will be calculated by multiplying the number of parties on the call by the number of minutes of the call.

FreePBXHost.com, Inc. reserves the right to change this Fair Use policy at any time. Changes shall become effective within thirty (30) days of publication of the revised version on www.FreePBXHost.com. Your continued use of your plan after expiry of the 30-day period shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised Fair Use Policy.
